Our BYOB Policy follows the Ohio State laws.  Ohio does not have a BYOB License.  Therefore, we cannot serve in any way, shape or form any alcohol. We cannot provide containers or any support of the alcohol in any way. 

We require that all patrons who want to bring alcohol into our store, sign a BYOB waiver of liability.  An electronic version is located on the website.

We reserve the right to ask anyone to leave our store if we feel that inappropriate conduct or conduct disruptive to our other guests occurs.
