Love elephants? Collect cute figurines? Want to try out sculpting with clay? Come join our studio in making a cute ceramic elephant figurine!
This is a clay hand-building workshop — you’ll be working with an instructor to create your elephants and you’ll learn techniques to create form and decoration!
Learn how to create a hollow-form with a pinch-pot method; learn how to make attachments; and learn how to decorate your pieces with shaping and painting!
The first part of class will be making our elephants and the rest of class will be for painting the elephants after a brief drying period. *However, we recommend leaving your elephant for 1 firing before painting.
This class is designed for ages 12+ due to the complexity of instructions, however, no prior experience is needed!
