Envelope Wall Pocket – Clay Handbuilding Workshop

Need a place to put your mail or recipes? Or want a new fun way to hang your plants and flowers? Or maybe you have to start a vacation fund and need a place to collect change?

Join our studio in making these cool wall pockets in the shape of envelopes!

You’ll learn how to make slabs and how to use folding and attaching techniques to create your envelope, as well as using decorating techniques to make your piece uniquely yours~!

Choose below if you’d like to paint your piece or if you’d like us to clear glaze it for you:
Clear Glaze: After you make your piece, we’ll fire it and apply our clear glaze. Your piece will be a beautiful glossy speckled white color and will be totally waterproof. Ready to pick up after class in 10-14 days.
Paint-it-Myself: After you make your piece, we’ll fire it so you can paint it. It’ll be ready to paint after class in 7-10 days. Please note, if you want your piece waterproof (needed for vases or planters) we’ll have to fire it after you paint it.

These envelopes are a unique handmade gift perfect to gift flowers, stationary, snacks, clothes, or whatever you desire.
