4-Week Pottery Wheel Class! Beginner Level 1 – Sundays 11a – 1p (Jan. 29 – Feb. 19)

This is a 4-week class 2 hour session on the same day of the week for 4 consecutive weeks.
This class is mainly Sundays 11 am – 1 pm starting on January 29. (All classes: January 29th  11am-1pm, *Februrary 4th  2pm-4pm*, Februrary 12th  11am-1pm, February 19th  11am-1pm)

In this class you make up to 5 pieces (which make great gifts for yourself or others)!

Always wanted to try, but never had the chance? Do you have a need to do something just for you? Ever want to feel the grounding properties of clay? Saw pottery videos on tik tok or you tube and want to give it a try? If you answered yes to any of these questions, then this 4-week class is for you!

It’s designed to give you a chance to make pottery on the wheel in a step-by-step fashion while also getting exposed to the parts of the ceramic process, while taking advantage of the natural healing properties of clay!

If you’ve never tried it before or haven’t been on the wheel since High School or college, you will be among friends, as we go through each step. Since the classes are small, no more than 4 people, we can go through the class at your pace.

Each week we try to make something different, so you get a chance to make a bowl, a cup with pulled handles, a plate, and a cylinder.

This class runs on the same day for 4 weeks in 2-hour sessions. If you can’t make a week, you can schedule a make up date that is better for you.

Includes Clay and tools needed, dedicated space for your pieces to dry and glazing of 5 finished 1lb pieces. If you have more than 5 pieces that you like to fire and glaze, we charge an additional $10.00 per piece which includes the glazing.
