4-Week Semi-Beginner Pottery Wheel Class – Monday Mornings

Classes are on the following dates: April 15, 22, 29, May 6, 11am-1pm all dates.

This class runs on Mondays for 4 consecutive weeks. This class is for ages 18+.

If you’ve already taken a beginner class and want more, or if you’ve taken ceramics or college and want to get back into it, this is the class for you!

Our Pottery classes designed to accommodate each student from where they are in the skill process.  

Revisit, how to center, make bowl shapes, cylinders (mugs), plates (flat and round pieces), and how to attach handles to make mugs. — A complete dish set!

The class size is small (up to 4 students) so we can go through the class at your pace and give you 1 on 1 attention.

You won’t need to bring or buy anything for class – your ticket includes all the tools and clay you’ll need, and 4 fired pieces (including a 2 lb piece)  to keep (you can purchase more pieces to keep if you’d like to keep more).

All glazed pottery will be food safe, waterproof, and dishwasher safe (top rack)! Clear glaze is included for a beautiful natural clay finish.

This class is also great to repeat, or for those who would like a refresher on the basics.

Due to the nature of the class, we cannot offer make-ups or refunds for missed sessions. Please talk to your instructor about scheduling a self-guided practice session.

Any pottery left at the studio must be picked up within 30 days of texted ready notice; after 30 days TDBA reserves the right to donate, repurpose, sell, or remove the piece.
